*NOTE: BECAUSE OF THE NATURE OF THE EVENT, ENTRIES WILL BE CAPPED. ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED IN THE ORDER IN WHICH THEY ARE RECEIVED.

Licence

Requirements

EITHER A current MA Senior National Licence or A Senior One Meeting Licence is required to compete in this event. 

​

A One Meeting Licence costs $60 and must be paid with the entry fee.

​

The One Meeting Licence is issues subject to the following conditions: 

  • Licence will be available to all applicants 16 years and older

  • Current Levis MCC membership is required. Two Day Membership is available through the entry form and is included in the entry fee.

  • No competency test is required if the applicant can prove that they have held an Annual Competition Licence or competed in an event under a Senior One Event Licence within the previous ten (10) years. 

  • Applicants who have never held a competition licence, or have not held a licence within the previous ten (10) years must undertake a competency test and apply for the licence via the Levis Motorcycle Club at least 21 days prior to the race meeting in which the participant intends to compete.

Consent to Ride

Important information for

Riders under 18yrs

A Rider/Passenger who is Under 18yrs must have a Parent/Guardian present at sign-in on the day to give their consent for the Rider/Passenger to compete.
If a Parent/Guardian cannot be present on the day, a ‘temporary guardian’ can be appointed by a Parent/Guardian completing the appropriate form.
Proof of the consent from a Parent/Guardian for a Rider/Passenger to compete, and the appointment of the temporary guardian, must be in writing.
This can be done by the Parent/Guardian completing and signing the ‘DEED OF APPOINTMENT OF TEMPORARY GUARDIAN‘ form, supplied in the Supplementary Regulations.
The completed form gives proof that the appointed ‘temporary guardian’ has permission from the Parent/Guardian, to sign-in the under 18yrs Rider/Passenger on the day, and proof that permission from the Parent/Guardian has been given for the Rider/Passenger to compete.
The form must be presented to documentation on the day, before signing in can take place. A competitor who is under 18yrs of age cannot ride unless the completed form has been signed and lodged.

ACCOMODATION

Camping will NOT be allowed within the track, pits or car park.

The region around Sellicks Beach is ripe with a wide range of accomodation choices ranging from Caravan/Holiday Parks through to Five Star.
